Conditions of Service and legal information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservation request can be done filling the Booking Request form .
At the time of booking  a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested . Payment can be made  by bank transfer or  credit card .
Once deposit is received , a confirmation copy will be sent to guest mail address .
Final payment is due at arrival
2) PRICE LIST
Room prices are per day . Apartment prices are per week ( 7 nights ) or per 3 days and include cleaning , power supply , linen , toiletries and use of kitchen ( dishes , cutlery , pans , fridge  microwave )
3) CLEANING
Room general cleaning will be done on a daily basis ; linen and towels changing is on  3 days basis
Apartment general cleaning will be done on  7 days basis and does not includes kitchen and dishes cleaning ; linen and towels changing is  on  7 days basis ; final cleaning is included in Apartment rate
Anything  additional will be charged on room bill .
4) GENERAL RULES
Guests are not allowed to smoke  inside the Villa .
Guests  are not allowed to any  play that may cause disturbance to other guest.
Guests are not allowed to drink alcoholics beverages  and spirit in public.
Guests are not allowed to use bathrooms towel for beach use.
Guests are kindly requested to shower before entering La Villa ; any damage caused  by sand will be charged on room bill .
Guests are not allowed to throw any object  in the toilet  out of a regular amount of toilet paper ; any damage caused by different objects that may obstruct the regular flow will be charged on room bill
5) CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time is 14:00 – check out time is 11:00 . Any different check in/out time will be authorized by the property
Before checking out , all the rooms and apartments may be checked by our personnel ; any damage may occur  will be charged on room bill .
Guests are kindly requested to report any damage that can be found in the Room or in the Apartment at the time of check in .
6) CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can cause penalty payment as follows :
From the time of booking up to the 30th day prior to arrival date , no penalty  will be applied
From the 29th day prior to arrival date to 21st day prior to arrival date a 30% penalty will be applied
From the 20th day prior to arrival date to 14th day prior to arrival date a 60% penalty will be applied
From the 13th day prior to arrival date to 7th day prior to arrival date a 90% penalty will be applied
From the 6th day prior to arrival date a 100% penalty will be applied
7) RESPONSABILITIES
La Villa del Mare is not responsible for any water or power shortage and relative interruption of service and for any related inconvenience or damage that may occur .
La Villa is not responsible for any lost or stolen item .
8) ROOM KEYS
In case of lost of room/apartment key a specific amount will be charged on room bill
9) VISITORS
All visitors must be authorised and then reported by La Villa del Mare property
10) PETS
Pets are not allowed inside the Villa
11) THIRD PARTY SERVICES
La Villa del Mare is not responsible for any service provided by third party
